What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login credentials) — to create and run your account (contract).
• Golf information (handicap, goals, practice plans, rounds, Combine scores, round reflections) — to provide and personalise the service (contract).
• Messages and support emails — to answer questions and deliver coaching (contract).
• Usage and device data (pages visited, IP address, browser type) — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and improve it (legitimate interests).
• Marketing emails — only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

If you join Check In With Chris, Chris can see your practice activity and round reflections to coach you. Swing videos are shared through CoachNow under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run the app, send email and provide analytics;
• Stripe, our payment processor, for card payments, subscriptions and receipts;
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers;
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal or accounting purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and object to or withdraw consent for marketing. Email chris@smartsessionsgolf.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use appropriate safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls so only authorised people can see your information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, and basic analytics to understand site visits. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Smart Sessions is not directed at children under 13.
